Experience: |
September 2004 – January 2005, I worked for
the company Grupo GAMMA S. A. (Direct Boss Engineer
Olger Ramos) as an electromechanical resident in the
Administration Building and Restaurant of Costa Rican
Brewery (Cervecería de Costa Rica), Santa Bárbara
de Heredia.
March 2005 – February
2006, I worked for the company Dulce Vida S.A. (Direct
Boss Kari Kanervo), as electromechanical resident
in Playa Dulce Vida Hotel Project, Manuel Antonio,
Quepos.
February 2006 – December
2006, I worked for the company Servizebol S.A. (Direct
Boss Engineer Rodolfo Zeledón) as Service Manager
in charge of the coordination, reports, operational
consultations technician of pumping equipment and
administration of the company.
January 2007 – to this
date, I work for the Ingelectra Company as a Projects
Engineer, working on different ones such as:

Hipermás
Escazú, area: 30000square meters, a supermarket
of the Wal-Mart Chain, that includes a technology
center, administrative offices, a dining area, oil
changing services, commercial premises, and a bank,
among others.

Cortijo
Condominiums Los Laureles, area 35000square meters,
this residential project is composed of four towers
of nine stories each, occupied by thirty six luxury
apartments, with high security standards such as
CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and air conditioning.

Acropolis
Condominium, area 6000 square meters. Stage 1; is
a luxury building of 6 stories and one terraced
roof, with one or two houses per floor with an emergency
electrical plants, a fire sprinkler system, and
high security standards. Experience in drawing architectural
plan, electromechanical structures with AutoCad
2007 Program.
Development of budgets, electromechanical
design and electrical system, inspection complying
with the norms of the NEC and mechanic according to
the Hydraulic Code of Costa Rica; experience in inspection
of boiler systems with knowledge of strategic points
to save energy;
operation of steam traps, boilers, condensed return
tanks, relief valves, among others.
Experience in the operation of horizontal and submergible
centrifugal pumps in deep well and pits as well as
those of double diaphragm to transport different products.
